When I give my honest opinion
I think it's not pretty, when you look more than 3 seconds then you getting crazy, too many moving images, not pleasantly, not friendly and I miss colors. the banner makes no impression on me.
A banner should impress you, when you look to it, and search for a dynasty.
when you search a dynasty, and open that page you must think, wooow thats a great banner.
I like MOB banner but colors not friendly enough, i lkie MMC UBC but collors bit monotone, I like hippie haven, all others I dont like, to dark or maddening.

I am totally in love of the new banner from Northern Lights , I like that one very much, I never saw a banner what I liked more in yarolds. Except of course my own Just4Fun banner lol.
Flash is not bad as it is not too much ;)
In your banner I find the word International not very clearly, I think its because the double letter thing? The colors are great!!! the text is okay!!, Maybe other letter type? try something please, I like to see more :)

The letters could be more readable if it is possible.

We test it now.
